I would wager that is due to one of the three causes:
1. The artists do not wish to identify themselves as calvinists for fear of public shunning and lack of exposure.
2. They do not care for theological labels, since they are focused on other aspects of their faith. In other words, they do not need the label for their identity to be secure.
3. They are unaware of our label for their type of faith.

1. That’s too bad. Like the cardinal rule of writing is write what you know, it’s unfortunate that Calvinists might want to hide who they are for the sake of what they create. Also, it’s too bad that if they believe that the world works a particular way, they are afraid to communicate that to others.
2. That’s just a maturity issue. Labels are pretty much inescapable. Trying to avoid them is just plain dumb. If you don’t like the label, then assume the label and then redefine it by your actions.
3. That seems unlikely, but possible.
